Lin Li-Williams, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Lin Li-Williams has over 22 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance, investment banking, credit rating agency, and real estate investments and finance sectors. Lin has successfully established and grown new business platforms in Europe and China for global companies, and built profitable business and long-term relationships with clients, trade associations and regulators. Lin spent over eight years at Arch group as MD at Arch Underwriters Europe and Arch Insurance Europe and CEO of Arch Risk Partners Ltd. Lin held a number of senior roles at various financial institutions including Wachovia Securities, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Genworth and Moody’s. Lin served as a member of the board of governors of CMSA-Europe (now CRE Finance Council) from 2005 to 2007. Lin holds an MSc degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
Nicholas Williams, Deputy CEO
Nicholas has 25+ years’ experience in the international real estate development and consultancy industry. For 13 years he owned and ran a UK medium-size professional consultancy with a team delivering more than £500 million of developments from inception to occupation working with some of the UK’s biggest names in multiple disciplines. Nic has decades of experience in successfully leading global consultant teams to creatively deliver projects within tight time and budgetary constraints, generating optimised value for clients. Nic has worked extensively in HK, mainland China and the UK. Nic is a Corporate member of the RIBA.
Clark Lu, Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer
Clark Lu has 17 years experience in software engineering and applications support and development role in the UK. He was VP at Tradeweb responsible for technical and application support to the fixed income trading platform. He was also in technical lead roles at Sky and BT after spending seven years as software engineer at Convergys EMEA. Clark holds a PhD in biophysics from University of Cambridge, UK.
Dong Ji, Chief Operating Officer
Dong Ji has over 15 years of experience in business development and management in various industries across China, USA and Europe. Dong joined Huawei in 2011. Dong was Account Director for a number of Huawei Key Accounts in Belgium and the UK, and Managing Director for Huawei Manchester Office in the UK. Prior to Huawei, Dong was Sales Director at Katoen Natie in Belgium responsible for sales and business development in China, and China Chief Representative of MW Industries Inc. (USA), setting up its business footprint in China. Dong has an MBA degree from Vlerick Management School, Belgium and Master of International Relation Studies from Hopkins University – Nanjing University (Nanjing Center).
Jordan Li, Chief Networks Officer
Jordan has worked in Australia, Asia-Pacific including China and Africa as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer/Strategy Manager/General Manager at a number of public and private companies including International Base Metals Limited (IBML), Macquarie Gold Limited (MGL), Zamia Metals Limited (ZGM), Fairfax Media and Aurizon Group. He held senior policy officer positions at both Australian and Chinese government departments. His 26 years’ management experience and connections span across mining, commodity trading, venture capital investment, corporate finance, and real estate & construction. Jordan is a Fellow Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). He holds an MBA degree from AGSM, the joint business school of the University of NSW and the University of Sydney.
Helen Duan, China Deputy Chief Representative – Sirkka Networks Limited
Helen has 22 years of experience in the travel industry and in re/insurance underwriting and broking in China, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining Sirkka, Helen was General Manager Operations at Abacare, responsible for General insurance portfolio. Helen also spent 5 years with Aon-COFCO China as associate director responsible for business development, analytics and the management of some key-account clients. Helen held other senior positions with Trust Re including deputy manager of North Asia and underwriter, and with China International Travel Service focusing on international high-profile customer services. Helen has an MSc in insurance & risk management from Cass Business School, City University of London, UK and holds ACII Qualification-Chartered Insurance Institute.
Lily Bian, Head of Claims Management
Lily has extensive experiences in claims management, and has deep knowledge in PR and financial management through many years’ of working experience to promote the collaborations between UK and China in the areas of trading and culture exchanges. Prior to Sirkka, she is the director of Public Relationship in Art China, UK. She also served as the sales manager for M Butterfly (the chained clothes shop in UK) and director of Britain-China Cultural Communication Centre. Lily obtained MSc in Finance and Management from University of East London, UK
Tiffiny Zhao, Head of Customer & Claims Services
Tiffiny has many years of experience in the area of marketing and promotion, public relations, mass communication and e-commence, and in multicultural environment in China, South East Asia and Australia. Before joining Sirkka, Tiffiny was working in China and Australia for business development and international investments. She was also a member of Western Australia Chamber of Commerce (WACCC) and organized media events and business delegations between China and Australia. Prior to that, Tiffiny was in charge of marketing promotion and public relations for Country Heights Holdings Berhad in Malaysia. Tiffiny has a Master’s Degree in E-Commerce and a BA in Mass Communication from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
